late season calling??

which types of calls could be usedin thelater part of the season? ive got my antlers,grunt, and doe in heat(the can).

Last week, I tried rattling, bleat can and grunt. Nothing. Then I tried grunting for like 3 minutes straight and I got a nice 4x4 to come in. So IMO, short grunts for a longer period of time.
