Missouri Non-Typical

November 19, 2008

This buck is reported to have been taken by Roger Jarvis and is a pending B&C World's Record at 319.

The current World's Record non-typical whitetail deer was found in St. Louis County, Missouri in 1981 and was entered by the Missouri Department of Conservation on behalf of the citizens of Missouri. It scores 333-7/8 B&C.

More information as details become available.

WOW! That's a GIANT buck! He looks to be a record for sure if it's a real rack and everything.

In my opinion, the MO 333 inch buck should not be the world record. It was not harvested by a hunter. It should just be a footnote.

If an 80lb striped bass washed up dead on the beach, it would not be the world record. It would just be news to hopeful fishermen that the record can be broken.

All I can say is that is one scoring nightmare. I'll bet they could score that thing 10 seperate times and get 10 totaly different scores.

Thats just not right. That deer should not be a world record. If a hunter did not kill it then it doesn't deserve it. And I really doubt that that animal could of been wildly grown.

Do you really have any idea what you're talking about? It sure seems like you're just replying to see your name. You're talking about two separate deer, and you don't seem to realize it. And just because you have never seen a deer like that, does that automatically mean they don't exist?

It wasnt taken in Missouri, it was taken in Illinois at the Heartland Lodge.

How am I talking about two different deer.

I am talking about the one in the picture. I just cannot see a completely wild deer getting that big.

Thats all I'm saying. Now maybe you can tell me about that other deer I was apparently talking about.

He probably forked out 20 grand to kill him.
