This is where I'm hunting it's bow use only in the city so bear with me... Papa dukes is a huge 10point back in my woods and spot 1 is a trail where we see numerous deer all the time, it's also where I been hunting for awhile. I seen Papa Dukes about a week ago on a game trail where I spooked him. I was just coming up the path and he was just sitting their sniffing around. Now all that area in the cut out is open field of Pine trees about 15-25 feet high so a treestand would be hard to see over the pines. I've seen a scrape right outside the pine trees to the north in some thick wooded area... Their is lots and lots of acorns in that area but it's close to a neighborhood so I'm sure they only go there at night time. I haven't gone all through the pine trees north of his marking because it's too thick... What do you guys think?
