I have a remington 700 cdl sf and i mounted it with a nikon scope. The problem is after i boresighted it i can see the gun barrell in the scope?? I dont think that is normal. its just in the bottom of the scope. I used the right mounts and rings. What is wrong or is this normaL?? mAYBE I BORESIGHTED IT WRONG. i havent shot it yet?? never heard of this problem. i would go back and check your scope rings and mount, sounds to me as if the scope isn't "seated" properly to the rifle.

Turn the scope around, it's on the wrong way....

check to make sure the scope is level front to back as it appears its not. What power is the scope? Also, maybe try moving front scope mount to rear and the rear to the front which might solve your problem if one is slightly taller than the other...
