i need advice
im hunting a 300 acre farm that has heavy pressure during shotgun season(indiana). ive seen alot of year and a half old bucks, but I've been setting up on what I believe to be the most dominant. Im using a prexisting stand that is in an area either where he's bedding or checking hard core. I keep catching him at the wrong time. i went in at 5:15 this morning and jumped him. How might be the best way to bust him without moving stand locations.Know that im not sure where he's feeding

RE: i need advice
is there any other way to get to your stand? maybe coming from a different direction will help you not spook him. atleast you don't have my situation, when I pull into the farm...I have to drive past the clover field that they all eat in during the early morning before sun up, I always spook em

like the other dude said, try to change the way you come in..... and when you walk in instead of hurrying to the stand. take your time walk about 10 to 15 yards and stop for about a minute, keeps ya nice and cool and you wont jump as much deer!!
