I dont think they share enough info to be helpful anymore....maybe for a complete newbie that had no hunters in their family...I think it has become more of an entertainment type of genre vs. how to.

A little I think. You get to see some gear, the areas that some deer like, the weather and time of year they hunt, etc.... But there's no telling how many days they were in that spot before something came along. That's the magic of television. It's just like a fishing show.

the shows help none at all. its a bunch of rich people that pay thousands of dollars on there gear. then spend thousands more to go hunt high fence areas, or get the "best guides" in the world to get a deer.

The Roger Raglin show, and deeranddeerhunting show doe's have some tips.
Knockout Hunting Adventures show, has handy capped hunters.

I've only been hunting for 2 years, and I know more than they do. They go to a game farm, or a ranch designed to grow trophy deer. They don't hunt where the common person hunts.

I think they do. If you listen to the tips, there could be something that you don't know and that tip could be very helpful. I've learned a few good tips from a few hunting shows. So, yes, I would say they do.

No, it gives guys "buck envy" and they do stupid stuff to try to be like Jackie Bushman.... Those guys hunt on deer farms and the point of the show is to sell you some stupid camo pattern and a new rifle...
Hasn't everyone figured that out?

most huntin shows arent fairchase and when their huntin a feild and they almost know whats gonna come out when it just doesnt help... however "Deer and Deer Hunting" does help a bit
