Default Will The Failing Economy Stop Your Plans?

How will the failing economy affect your deer hunting?

And why it will or why it will not affect your hunting?

You fill in the blank of how you will be hunting this year.

I will hunt the same as I would under any economical situations. I'll be out after work when I can, weekends, and my scheduled vacation time. When I hunt, I'll choose my locations based on my chances at a deer, not the cost to fill my tank.

Personally I think the media induced panic makes things worse than it is.

I'm still hunting here in New Jersey, the area I hunt is just over one hour ride, plus I have farms I hunt in Illinois, which I'm leaving for next week

Same here, I'll drive 300 miles north to hunt, like I have for the past 17 yrs. I'll give up a lot but not my Hunting.

I have ground and camp in PA, about a 4 hour run one way. I will not be hunting that as much this year. I will be hunting w/in 1-2 hour range of my home and probably not do overnights in hotels.

with the economy shrinking, cheap venison sounds more and moreappealingto me. get 50lbs of meet for a 30 dollar permit, all the more reason to hunt when money is tight.

I saved up money this yearand vacation time for deer hunting, so it won't affect memuch. I doghunt most of general gun season, so i spend about 60-80 dollars a weekend in gas- It is well worth it to me though!

None of the above. I will hunt as usual but I'm far from rich.
