Doesn't cost much to come here if you know the right airlines to fly with. KLM are reasonable.

But to hunt its free because I know people that own ALOT of land with pleanty of game to choose from.

Fewquestions for you RG. What are the regulations for bringing your own firearm with you?, I know here in Canada if you are not canadian and you wish to hunt big game you have to use an outfitter, what about there?, When are the seasons?, Do you have to wear those goofy clothes (not quite serious with the last question)? Thanks in advance.

Here is some info for you.

[ul][*]Visitors from the United States can not apply for a visitor's permit. A person resident in the United Kingdom (the "sponsor") must apply for the permit on behalf of the visitor. The sponsor can be a private individual, a club, shooting organisation, a country estate, or a shooting syndicate.[*]A period of approximately six to eight weeks is required for the application process to be completed.[*]When a permit is granted, the sponsor forwards it to the visitor, who must present it to Customs when the visitor arrives in Great Britain. [/ul]
Personally I don't think its that bad, i've seen worse regarding firearms.

When I take friends out huntingi always try and make it an enjoyable experiance and afterwards go for a wee drink in a local pub to make them feel at home.
