RE: What would you say
I really would like to get my own land for many purposes. I found one that was awesome. For the land being unbelievable.... so was the price. it was like minumin $2,600,000 -$3,867,500..... Has to be inbetween that because some of the acreage goes less than others.

RE: What would you say
Ground in ILL. is getting cheaper, I have several buddies from Georgia ansd Alabama that bought land up here a few years back and are now losing it because they were home builders and are going bankrupt, so land will go down again, for a while then it will go back up..in pike some farms were going for 5000.00-7000.00 an acre, Monday some sold which was one of the best pieces around, lots of big deer, for 2750.00 an acre..

My 2cents on the safety harness, I have too many people depending on me to come home than not take the xtra time in using one. They can be a pain at times but then again, so can falling.
Best money spent= hunter safety system, thermacell, and my savage .308. Scott |
