Lousiana is getting deep on here. I hunt down in Clinton and St. Francisville near Baton Rouge. I just acquired 400 acres up north in Farmerville...... Hunting shows are no longer informative. A person who is new to hunting can't learn from these new shows...
Nice to know ya Downsouth.... I was in the swamp last Nov. at Tiger Stadium..... you know where that is don't ya ??? Thats where the Razorbacks beat LSUUUUU by 2 in the 3rd O.T.

WooooooHoooooo Go Hogs .........:D

MET

Yeah, but who is holding up the national championship trophy[:-]. You had to know that was coming. GO TIGERS.

OH .....OH.....OH..... oh no - you just had to go there , didn't ya...... BTW ... how is Perileaux doing this year .... snicker snicker......

Your friend,

MET
Perrilloux is doing great. Last I heard, he was able to sneak into a casino this time without getting caught and won money using his counterfeit stash.:D

And he is still the starter rightttttt??? Oh no , wait , whats the name of the school he transferred to ?? LOL:)

I can tell, in Nov. it's gonna get real ugly for one day , ain't it.... but I won't take nothing personal ya know......LOL .... so long as we win.....;)

I like the shows like deer and deer hunting that show you about food plotting, planting, stand placement, all kinds of hunting tips, not just the shoot a deer part.

IMO advertising has really taken over. They are entertaining, but no longer informative nor realistic for the average hunter. Other than travel from outfitter to outfitter and do commercials, it seems like they really don't do all that much.
BINGO!

True Opinion ?
Most are 95% commercials and 5% some guy wandering around with a camera in his face whispering dumbaxx comments in brand new clothes trying to create action right up to the point someone unchains the deer from the tree. He shoots, hewalks around still whisperinglooking for it when suddenly the cameraman finds the deer whilst walking backwards with a camera lense pressed to his face.

Watching hunting shows on TV wouldn't even be on my top 100 list of fun things to do.
