RE: Camo Patterns

Max-4 is a great duck pattern, and would work well for deer as well. But shop the clearance sections, they should be nice to you.

This is my first year hunting so i am buying camo and i have been going back and forth. I live in maryland and will be hunting deer with muzzle loader and shotgun and also waterfowl. Im trying to get everyones opion about patterns. I like the Advantage Max 4. it looks like it should work for hunting deer in the falland winter in a tree stand and also for waterfowl on the ground. Any help about what everyone wears and opions would be great.
I have been thinking about the new RealTree AP and APG

It looks like it would be great.

Predator outperforms them all. Everything else is just a blob....
That wouldn't be a sales pitch would it?I take it you have never used Nat Gear. No blob with Nat Gear.

As preciously mentioned, breaking up your pattern is the key.
Back in the day, well before camp hunting clothes became popular, many deer were killed
by hunters wearing green or red check wool pants and jackets.

As well as today's hunter wearing blaze orange required by some state laws.

I don't get all caught up in all the different camp types on the market today.

if you're going to pay top dollar for new camo then get what best blends in or breaks upyour sillouete the best in the area that you hunt the most, as the others have said.

I don't know about duck hunting but for deer i agree with the above statement.
