I dont think it should be required. I live in PA, and there are many more does than there are bucks. However, for the 2002-2003 deer seasons, the Game Commission set up new antler restrictions. Most of the state had a rule that stated only bucks with at least 3 points to one side would be legal to shoot. Some of the western counties could only shoot bucks with 4 or more points to one side. Those who held junior hunting licenses (15 years old or younger) were exempt from this new regulation. The special regulations areas were also exempt from this new regulation.

No, I don' t think so. Leave it to the game biologist to suggest any changes in game laws.

i don`t think it should be a requirement but i feel more people should have some incentives perhaps or some sort of encouragement to take some does to keep the doe/buck ratio more in control.
