Marine seeking do it yourself hunts - midwest
Looking for some good sound info and advice regarding some do it yourself hunts in the Midwest. I’d be travelling from Ohio, so the distance is of concern with the cost of fuel, so I wouldn’t want to drive 3000miles to hunt Canada. I would like to find an outfitter that also allows do it yourself hunts. I would like to find a place early season so it would not be in the middle of winter, so I could provide my own lodging,camp, etc. I would be able to either use my inline muzzleloader (TC Omega) or my Horton crossbow, or even my Savage 300win mag.
So what ever you could provide would be much appreciated.
