Love to Bear Hunt

Hey guys. I'm 12 years old and this year, 2007 anyways, I got my first deer! That weekend we saw numerous bucks, but I either shot over them or under them for two reasons. 1. Buck Fever 2. No back sights... But after chasing her all over my woods from 7 to8:30 in the morning, we finally caught up with her.As a matter of fact, we saw her the day before and herleft fronthoof was hanging off of her leg. So I'm glad that I puther out of her misery then so she didn't lay there and starve to death. But man she was a fast little sucker. 8|

ahh the 870. Don't feel to bad, I missed a big doe this year with my 870, jumped up about ten feet in front of me and disappered two leaps later into the brush. Shot right over her back into a tree. I am used to hunting in PA witha rifle and prolly shouldda practiced a little more with the 870. Lesson learned I suppose. Great deer! a moment you'll never forget!

Great looking deer! Is that a Remington 870 by chance?
Every deer I've ever shot has been with my 20 ga 870! Had it for 13 years, great gun!
