My folding chair. Wear a camo poncho and it becomes a portable blind. Go to a strange place and no matter what I always have a comfortable seat. I just bough a new one this year after 8 years on the old one, and I don't go out without it.

Gloves.
Of course there are many other things -- head cover that hides my shiny white face, warm clothes, hunting boots, hunting knife, head lamp -- but I think they are kind of obvious. I like the gloves because in the past I have found I get my hands cut up a lot out hunting in the woods. I often shoot with gloves on my hands and find this no problem. On the other hand, if it isn't too cold I'll remove my gloves when I am settled at my ambush spot, unless I'm concerned that my shiny white hands may alert the deer.
