Default deer and deer hunting?

I am thinking about ordering the deer and deer hunting magazine and was just wanting the opinions of any readers in this forum. Is it worth the money? does it have good tips? good stories or what?

I read one in Cananda when I was TDY last summer, it was okay. It specifically talks about deer and hunting them. I like the others like Petersens or North American Hunting Club, Bowhunting, etc.....it covers a variety of species and topics. If all you want to read is about deer that is the ticket. But most of the stories are the same or similar to the ones in other mags!

I currently get Petersens hunting and I like the variety but I want something that deals strictly with deer.

Bucky Deer & Deer hunting is a pretty good magazine but you also might want to look into Bowhunter. I currently get them both.

I have subscribed to deer and deer hunting for 5 years now. It's a great magazine. I also would look at the deer hunting strategies magazine. I have read a few of them and they give you a lot of different scenarios and set ups for deer hunting. Just thought you might want something different. Its not you typical story after story magazine. Not that I don't enjoy the stories. Let me know what you decide.

You convinced me is it "Bucky Deer and Deer Hunting"? Is there a web site? I get "Petersons Hunting" and like it and a friend gives me "Whitetail Mag" and it is very good for deer only. Thanks for the reviews
