2007 Silverado for now. I am not sure what is next. The new silverado isn't as good as the old model IMO.

My vehicle of choice would be a Chevy truck, but I don't own one. My suburban gets the job done just fine though.

This said Hunting Vehicle of Choice so I put GM as a pick, but currently I drive a '88 Ford F-350 4x4, but someday it will be either a new Chevy or the new Toyota Tundra.

Depends on your location and what you call hunting grounds.
Here in the S.East everything is planted in pine plantations so sometimes its very hard to get around with a full size truck. My truck of choice has always been a Toyota Tacoma. They get good gas mileage, are tough in mud, and usually out-last any other truck on the market even with being abused. If I were out west I would probably opt. for a full size and lean towards a F150 or 250. |

It's a little hard steering iton the steep downgrades with the deer,but other than that it does good dragging the deer out of tight places in the woods. ORIGINAL: FtWorthHunter Saw this pic elsewhere and had to add it. Hope this isn't one of you.

My 1989 Dakota Sport 2wd worked pretty good for me this year. I also have a 2002 GMC Yukon XL with a hicth and haul I've used in the past. Both have hauled deer for me.
If I get something new someday it will be another 4wd truck or a jeep wrangler.  |

i drive a 98 chevy 2500 4x4 with bfg mt's its all right till mud gets real thick probaly chevy s-10 4x4 with mud tires is best
