I'm retiring at the end of April. So, I'll be busy making improvements to the land I hunt. Also my buddy who's been retired about 7 years now wants to build a elevated enclosed stand and a few ground blinds with walls and a roof. We'll probably build the ground blinds in skids so they will be easy to pull around with the 4 wheeler or tractor. There is also some food plots to work over. Always something to do.

If you plant something right now and it grows in the spring, will it last the whole summer through late November of next year?

Rabbits, coyote, other small game, ice-fish or just fish. Get in the woods for the heck of it, walk new areas, make new contacts with landowners, hell man, the season is almost here and time is runnong out.

spring turkey season will be here before you know it. scout, cut shooting lanes or buy a custom made turkey call on ebay. I bought a beautiful one last week from John DeArmond, check them out.
