Thats what Pike County is all about. One hell-of-a deer. It looks like a Mossberg 500 in the first picture. Did you have a scope? Make? What slugs where you using?A nice story and I bet your glad you waited on a quaility deer. No matter what anyone else says......that looks like a 160" deer for sure.

I was using my trusty remington 20ga. 870 express magnum shooting through my rifled deer barrel using remington sabot slugs with open sights. It does indeed score 160" we already scored it. It really is hard to show how big he really is. The rack looks simply incredible in person. If you are going to be at the IL deer and turkey classic, you can see it then (:

Seriously That is an amzing buck, I am so sick of all the expert scorers on here. From a few pics they can judge the score better then the guy who shot it, CMON! The buck looks like it could go 160 too me but if not who cares. The thing is a freaking brute. Why even put that sarcastic doubtfulness in your response? It takes away from everything good. JMO but that is so annoying.
