RE: a good day in the woods!
$250 for a shoulder mount? My buddy shot his first buck this year(very big 8point) and it is costing him $750 and he has to wait a year, mind you he is getting it mounted by one of the best taxidermists in the world, and he lives 15 minutes away.I was in his shop and he is working on a full size Polar bear man what a sight.

my 12 y.o. cousin was nagging the hell out of me and wouldn't hurry up with the picture, thats why i'm short of a smile! other than that i was stoked!
he came out of the woods about 250-300 yards accross the field from me headed in the wrong direction, grunted at him once and he turned on a dime coming straight at me. slug dropped him in his tracks about 30 yards out. i got another smaller 8 three days into the season, and i have one more tag left. i'm planning on doing a european mount for the smaller buck. here is a picture of him
