    Default My girl gets her first deer

    I am very proud of mygirl friendfor not giving up. After many times out on stand and much preparation, this is a very special harvest for Andrea being her first deer. Andrea killed this deer at 8:50am 11/21/2007 with a scoped single shot .243 cal Rossi at 20 yards. The heart shot was judged perfectly and the deer only ran 40 yards after impact. Andrea was so happy to finally connect on a nice mature doe. I was very excited for her and High Fives followed immediatelyafter the shot. Andrea can't wait to get out again to try for a mature buck.
