Depends. Cold Days with no wind I like open fields. Windy days and rut I will stick to the creek bottom.

I agree with RugerM77; but it also depends on what your hunting with, and what time your hunting.

I would rather be in the creek bottom, not a field person, I always feel weird looking over a field.
