ya the buck only went about 45 yards
had blood the whole way
that .308 found its mark and tore up the top of the heart and bottom of the lungs
hes my biggest to date but where we hunt theres been some absolute giants spotted and like a 160" 16 pointer killed on adjoining property
about a week before i killed mine my dad killed a absolute giant of a six point with my muzzleloader
anyone wanna see pictures of his buck

i have to hand it to my dad though
he never forced me or my brother into going hunting but we wanted to go with him and he took us and we fell in love with the outdoors
now we go absolutely every chance we get
