I would guess that the deer would prefer the plain corn if it is a food soure in the area. You have to remember that different areas having different amounts of deer traffic will effect your test. Three test stations will probably not be enough to get a good sample, but let us know the results. You may have to rotate the different corn types to help you with your test.
