It is actually just two deerthere. I hunt on a small private farm with two other people and we all scored on opening day. The other deer in the picture is a small 5 point.

I am still debating on mounting it or not. I have it caped out and in the freezer, so the option is still there.

I had a good weekend, because i killed a doe with my Taurus Tracker .357 the following day. If anyone tells you that a .357 is not big enough to kill a deer, they are crazy. I dropped the doe at 35 steps and it had an exit hole the size of a quarter.

I killed this buck on opening day of modern gun in central Arkansas. It was in full rut and was checking a fresh rub when i first say him. I actually had just bought a buck roar, so i gave hima short roar and he came straight for me.Dropped him at 45 yards with a .243. Had an 8 inch spread but had 10 inch eye gaurds. Was an old buck.

Our farm is about 5 miles east of Conway, it is in Faulkner county. I actually found someone who would shoulder mount it for me for $200, so looks like it is going up on the wall.
