Default Does no Bucks Question?????

I have been Bow hunting a nice spot out in Suffolk County Long Island. It has no hunting pressure and plenty of does and one little 4 pointer running around making small rubs. I like this spot because it is easy to get into my stand and easy to get to.
My question is this:
There are at least 7 does in the bedding area on any given day. Can I expect some bucks to move in and try to make happy with them once the rut starts?
Also, will rattling be effective in this area as I expect they would be transient bucks coming in? I started 2 scrapes to provide some incentive

Seems to me if the does stay there it will be impossible to keep the bucks out.

Can't say for sure about the rattling...It's your call there.

Good luck to ya....

I agree, if you've got does, the bucks will show

You won't be able to bet them off with a stick.
