What is everyones opinion on leasing?? What are the effects in your area?

I'm 100% in favor of it. You can set the rules like you want to hunt, you have protection of hunters insurance, the landowner has someincome to help pay the taxes, and you don't have to worry about what others do.

I think leasing is great until the owner starts to get greedy. We had a lease in N. FL from Proctor & Gamble and after a couple years thet got greedy!
