Click on the upper right. It's tough to watch but it will make you think every time you pull the trigger

I feel for his family!!! The guy that shot in the dark is a moron and should have served serious jail time, even if it was an accident. That is gross negligence and he will never come back.
Let this be a lesson to NEVER shoot at a noise!!!! Always identify your target and what is behind your target.

Yea this video really shook me up. The worst part of it was seeing his poor wife suffer and cry like that. Its a shame cause the main rule is always know your target and beyond. Does anyone konw if this fool who shot him took a Hunter Educaction course. Right when dusk rolls around I unload my gun. i figure its gettin dark soon anyway and now for this reason. It really is a shame. I guess we all know who has my prayers for the family. Safe hunting-

You will not catch me walking in or out in the dark without a good light - period. On the farm, NO ONE is to walk in the dark without their light ON.

Very powerful stuff. I know so often I take for granted the idea that I might or might not be coming home. The thought of my wife having to go through something like that kills me. And how tough it must be for that young man behind the trigger. I'm sure I'm not the only one on here that has made a boner move in the field and was just lucky enough that no one was on the other end of that bullets trajectory. Thanks for posting that on here, I hope everyone sees it and thinks twice this season before pulling the trigger. Keep it safe this year, fellas.

It's such a sad thing that could have been prevented. Just goes to show that with our sport, all it takes is a single poor judgement call. Once you pull the trigger, you can't have it back. Everyone be safe out there. My heart goes out to the family.
