I had a deer 20 yards from my stand, just about to touch her off when she bolted. I knew she didn't smell me, but then I heard this noise like squirrels running. I looked and saw a big coyote running after the deer! I shot at the yote twice but missed <img src=icon_smile_angry.gif border=0 align=middle>. stupid coyote.

You know that movie &quot;preditor&quot; with arnold swartzineger? Do you remember that big chain gun the colored guy had when he was shooting at the preditor around the beginning of the movie? Well today I wish I had that gun!

We have a bad coyote problem in our area. We find lots of dead deer and turkeys. But this is the first one I have seen.

Had the same thing happen to me except last year except the coyote chased the deer right by my stand. Had a traditional muzzleloader and couldn't react quick enough to get a shot. Oh well, that same night a curious bobcat came by, but he didn't walk away.<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
