Stealthycat, I'd question those numbers as well. 87" of mass...not with the B&C scoring system. Your only allowed 4-h measurements a side(total of 8)...that would equate to almost 11" of mass per measurements. Your not going to tell me he has that, no picture would be able to hide those size tree trunks. But a whopper for any place for sure.

Form what you said on how long the beams are I would score this about 198 or better but without exact measurements its tough from a picture. I would bet the combine mass measuement are somewhere between 45 and 50 inches.

I read on another site that this deer only dressed out at 145#.
Story goes the deer had been hit by a car, hunter found a smaller buck trying to fight it while it was down and could barely pick its head up. Then he shot it to put it out of its misery. Being from MD and having hunted that area before it is truly a once in a lifetime animal. Congratulations.
If anyone knows any different on the story let me know
