Default Poor buck had a bad day

I live in Central Ohio and gun season kicked off today. Me and a buddy of mine went out all day and he got a really good 8 pointer, not a monster but a good buck. Anyway, he shoots the buck on the run in the chest cavity, took out a lung. The buck after he shoots it heads toward the road and BAMMMMMMM, 2 girls in a pontiac sunfire hit the buck in his rear end knocking him over onto the other side of the road. My buddy takes off, hauling towards the site, and asked the 2 ladies if they were ok. They were, just shook up. Anyway I'm walking out of the woods toward my truck and I can see my buddy over by his buck. The girls were checking out the damage, but it wasn't bad at all. Anyway, I see this huge caddilac pull up and the guy gets out and B___ch slaps the driver. I was running at the time, I was fuming seeing him hit her. Anyway he gets back into his car and peels out and my buddy didn't see what happened, he was in aww of what had just happened. Come to find out the guy was the drivers ex and they had a dispute prior to her hitting the buck. OK, almost the end, I let the girl use my cell phone to call the sheriff and about 15 mins. went by 2 of them show up. Me and the deputys are just laughing about what had happened. So to make a long story short my buddy had already had his tag filled out and attached to the buck. The deputy tells him "take that tag off and I'll give you a receipt for a roadkill" lol. Yeah he gave him a receipt and told him to keep his tag for another one because of what happened. I'm sorry i took so long writing this story but IT IS 100% TRUE! I will get some pics tommorow and post them. I'm so wornout from alot of walking and hard hunting today. I'm very happy for my friend and I'm even more happier that neither of those girls were seriously hurt. By the way the girl is supposedly filing assult charges against the guy. GOOD LUCK TO ALL AND BE SAFE! YOU NEVER KNOW WHERE THAT BUCK IS HEADED AFTER THE SHOT.

TURKEY, MY BUDDY WAS ABOUT 200 YDS. FROM THE ROAD WHEN HE SHOT THE BUCK. AND, I'VE SEEN A ALOT OF DEER THAT HAVE BEEN CRACKED RIGHT IN THE CHEST CAVITY WITH A SLUG RUN A GOOD WAYS. IF YOU THINK WERE NOT GOOD SHOOTERS, MAYBE WE'LL LET YOU JOIN US ON OUR LAND AND SHOW YOU.

I've probally seen 50 to 60 deer go more than 150 yards after they were hit square in the zone.

Man you go hunting and get caught up in a domestic dispute and a car/deer accident, I thought things like this only happened to cardeer.
