Gotta 500 S&W 12" Barrel performance center. Carried it this season, but never had a opportunity. It's a thrill to shoot! WOW! Doesn't kick as bad as you might think. Still have all my teeth.

I haven't shot a muzzle loader or slug gun but I'm sure I would like the challenge. My favorite is a .257 Roberts. I am biased though because it was hand made by my grandpa who told me he quit counting after he killed 400 coyotes with it. He carved the stock out of a 4x4 of walnut ,him and a friend(gunsmith) turned the barrel themselves with a lathe, and the action is a springfield. It has the same 3x9 scope as it always has and it shots as straight as you can hold it. I'm not exactly sure but i would guess they built it in the late 50's? because my grandpa would have been around 40. I'll have to check with my dad. I believe my grandpa was born in 1919 and was supposed to be a sniper in WW2 but he ended up running a 50cal on a half track.
