I got my oldest son a new Rem. 870 pump 20.ga. youth model shotgun. I was surprised though that it is a little too big for him. It looked like it would fit him in the store, but I guess not. He's pretty big for his age and he's ten years old. The gun is just bigger than it looks.
He's a really good shot, so he'd be fine on a rest, but standing is a definite problem for now. Guess he'll just have to grow into it.

I got my Savage .270 for Christmas, but I got it back in september so I could use it this past season.

As soon as I get my permit in the mail my dad is gonna buy me a Springfield XD in .40 S&W. To carry when I go off to college. My schools on the bad side of town.
