I wouldn't suggest pulling a gun out on someone because that stituation could get whole lot worse, especially if you don't know how many poachers came in a vehicle. There was a incident out here several years ago. Group of 6 poachers went out on someone else's property. The owner spotted three in a group and thought that was it. He had gun in hand and didn't see there others. One of them [unseen group] shot the owner but didn't kill him but he played dead but not before getting the truck license plate. As for slashing someone's tires, i wouldn't suggest it either. Out here anyway, vandalism is more of a fine then poaching.

Oh, and Rusty S has been banned in the past

this i dont think would bee considered poaching but once my uncles friendwas out hunting on his land and they have a cop,gw,brainiac wannabe for a neighbor and my uncles friend was tracking his own deer when this guy shot it granted it was on his property now but of course he was goin to be a jerk and keep the deer (it was a nice buck by the way) so my uncles friend was p.o.ed and couldnt do anything about it.

I was driving through the wildlife sanctuary here in town last night and saw someone spotlighting all the deer (illegal here in illinois) so i got there plates and called the game warden. i didnt know if they had a gun on them put it was 2 middle aged guys both with beers in their hand in a beat up car.
