I heard it on the news bristoboy, the guy was 6-4 250 he was in a 14 ft ladder stand when he fell but i was also told his leg was stuck between to steps and snaped leaveing him hanging up side down.back to then news they said his wife was getting scared because he wasn't home yet that was at 8.00 she call family member to look for him they didn't find him until 10.00 that night. very sad ending thats why we should always take our time getting down from our stand.

Always wear my vest except when going up and down in my climber. Well it bit me last year that few extra seconds would have saved me surgery as I broke 7 bones in my shoulder 2 surgeries later I'm able to enjoy the season again. I was lucky it was my shoulder and not my head. Take the time to move the safety strap up and down when you climb on a climber you don't want to go thru what i went thru. TRUST ME
