If it's legal, than you could use Saturn Barrage. (Those are the ones that are packed in a little box-shape, and there's a fuse in one corner.)

The Saturn Barrage firework doesn't do much damage, they act like little, tiny, rockets that go 25 feet in the air and blow up.
They are very loud, but you must make sure there aren't any tree branches above you, or they will hit you on the head at 120 mph and blow up. The "saturn barrage" missles should work fine for you, as long as they are permitted in WI.

If it's illegal, I really sympathise with you, in Tennesse, you can fire any fireworks all year round as long as you are out of city limits. It's fun, my dad was driving all night-long, and he wanted something to wake him up, so be bought some fireworks at a gas station, and he drove onto a small, country road, and lit some fireworks off, and it woke him up plenty, and he was able to finish the trip.

I know that I am not answering your question, but fireworks seem really extreme to me.Just walking through an area without making any attempt to be quiet should get deer up and moving. If you need to be noisier than that step on branches and twigs as you walk.
