I vote bow. Nothing wrong w/ ventilating one with the rocket launcher, but after I've killed a few w/ archery tackle, I feel more like a sniper than a hunter, it's just....anticlimatic....Just not the same anymore. Bowhunting will ruin you.

I went with rifle and bow. I have always used a rifle and just started using a bow this year. Although I have yet to get one w/ the bow, I still enjoy it and hope to be a good as some of these folks on here are w/ it. Happy hunting everyone.

the bow was my pick. It seems like a bow kill is so much more exciting for me. I killed my first buck (ever) with my rifle this year. It was a 160 inch 12 pointer. I hate to say it but i feel more pumped up when I shoot adeer at 20 yards with my bow. I wouldnt trade that buck for anything, but i would have loved to get him with my bow instead.
