That clip is several years old. The english version explains that this guy puts on some estrous doe urine then goes for a walk with his wife in the woods. He was hoping the scent would lure in some deer. While the buck is stomping a mud-hole in this guy, you can hear him yelling to his wife, "Don't stop filming!" That dude isn't the sharpest tack in the box and probablygot what he deserved.
