I guided my son Jake this weekend on his first hunt in Oklahoma. It was the muzzleloader opener up there and his first hunt with a muzzleloader. He finally connected with a nice 8 point on Sunday evening and bagged his 154 pound doe this morning (Monday). I am going back next weekend to hunt myself.

This is actually his 9th and 10th deer to kill, but it was his first in Oklahoma and with a muzzleloader. He is shooting an Encore with a Pro Hunter barrel.

congrats on not only the kills but on having a life long hunting partner, i can't wait until my boy is old enough(i just pray he wants to hunt)
