Can anyone point me toward a good write-up on how to properly field dress and quarter a deer for the freezer.

someone posed this same question about this time last year and someone gave a link to a video of a guy butchering a deer. As far as field dressing goes I've seen a few books with decent write ups but I can't remember any names. http://www.huntingnet.com/staticpages/staticpage_detail.aspx?id=255has a semi-decent run down of field dressing.
