do you want it on the PC or paper. I use a daily planner and copy all my hunting entries in it. What I seen that day....time weather. etc.

I use the computer. I just have a huge table in my writing prgram and have headings along with the date. My headings are as follows:
[ul][*]Date[*]AM / PM[*]Loacation / Stand Site[*]Temperature[*]Weather / Wind Direction[*]Animals Seen[*]Notes[/ul]

I use 3X5spiral note pads and take it with me. Been doing it for years. I also record Barometer Reading, Temperture, Wind Direction, and many notes. I even record directions of gun shots I hear and the time I hear them.

This seems like a really good idea. For those of you who do journal your hunts, do you find that it helps in preparation for upcoming hunts? I suppose if you move around as well that you would want to record location.
