So i went out hunting today expecting to run into tons of deer like i usually do in the area that i go to. I had rained the past few days so i figured it would be a little wet there so i dressed accordingly and brought some warm clothes in case the wind picked up. Well its a good thing i brought the clothes cause it turns out there was about 2 1/2 feet of snow on the ground. I was out there all bloody day and didnt see and deer or elk all i managed to see was a bull and cow moose and i did manage to shot myself a ruffed grouse. Other then that i got completely skunked.[:@][:@][:@][:@][:@][:@]But as they say a bad day of hunting is still better then a good day at work.

You live in an absolutely beautiful place! I am in Texas and we get snow maybe once a year and it last for about half a day!

Very beautiful country and too bad about the lack of critters. I can relate with being bummed, but like previously stated, its hunting.
