I haven't used deer cain before, butI have an Uncle has had good results.
When should I put it out?
And when do the deer stop using it?

I will never use the stuff again. I used it one bow season where there were some nice bucks and as soon as I put it out, I stopped seeing deeer all together. Now the Cain I did find that works is Deer Cain Black Magic. It works awsome, expect almost immediate results as the packagae states. Say 30 minutes.

I've never had them use it during hunting season but they sure leave a hole in the spring.

i use deer cocaine black magic and it worked good they wont use it in the rut though.

This good feedback on deer cocaine, we've been thinking of using but never made the commitment. :D

once you put it down and they find it they will hit it even after its gone. they will keep going back to the spot and tear big holes in the ground searching for it. we have used it and have always had them digging deep holes but i have found they usually hit the areas at night. i have never seen deer hit the area during shooting hours. i have seen them walk right past it in the day. also it gets its best result here once the acorns are gone.

You only have to put that stuff out every two years. It soaks deep into the ground and they can not dig far enough. It works really well the black magic that is the deer cane regular grade will run your deer off if they are not used to it. Start with the magic, don't make a two year mistake.. I already have

Tried the Black Cain...Put it out 2 years ago.
To my knowledge they haven't found it yet!!!!:D:D:D:D
