Ok, so if he has an odd number of antlers he's non-typical? As in more on one side than the other?

Heres15pt with a kickermy buddy shot in Waynesboro, Georgia in1986.
Remember the Milo Hanson buck was only 14pt, but the inside spread was just under 27ins and had main tines 11ins long.

In reality the true determination of typical or non-typical is a direct result as to what category a rack scores Higher in. Not better but higher in.
If you shot a buck that scored 323 #5 in the world non-typical or 234 #1 as a typical........................................... ..
You just shot one heck of a typical.......

RE: Was this deer non-typical?
On a typical rack you have "G" points and "E" points. If the deer is a 7pt meaning it has 4 "G" points on one side and 3 "G" points on the other it is a typical. It is not decided on how many points it has on either side, unless it has 10 on one side and 2 on the other. If a rack has any "E" points that is considered non-typical. See the chart that rebel hog posted and you will get a good idea of wht it is. Kickers, drop tynes are non-typical points.

Dr.Death, he kinda looked like that without the big drop tine! Not quite to that extreme, but that pic reminds me of him. It's the first time I've seen that deer, I saw him this morning by the feed I layed out, but when I looked at the pics the camera took, it was nothing but white.[:@][:@][:@][:@][:@] There's another big typical 8 point the neighbors and everyone has seen. He's out alot at dusk.
