Default Question on Moultrie Digital Trail camera

Will the 1.3 Moultrie Digital erase your pics on your SD card if the camera runs out of batteries before you retrieve the SD card?

I doubt it. i put mine out the other day and although the battery was not completly drained it would not take anymore pictures and the digital display was kinda faded out and I had 87 pictures on my card. Also I left the battery out of the box for about a week and when I put a new battery in it still had the correct time and date on it.

I got this picture with it.

No, it won't erase the pics...I've had my battery drained several times..always had the pics still on the card when I pulled it out.

I have the exact camera & I just retrived itwith 564 photos. When I went & got the camera after two weeks, the camera read "memeory full." I thought something was wrong & took the camera down instead of replacing the battery. I had my camera set for two photos every minute. I just scaled it back to take one photo every 5 minute.
