Default Must you mind the winds if using scentblock?

Hey ya'll

I was just wondering because you never see the hunters mention the wind on oln or on the outdoor channel, if you spray some kind of scent elliminator on then do you still have pay attention the winds or what?

Please help

You must always try to play the wind. If you see a product that states ignore the wind dont buy into it in my own little opinion.

I concur , you'll never truly fool a whitetail's nose no matter what you do if the wind is in his favor . At best your reduced scent signature may briefly cause him to think that you're further away and therefore less of a threat , but don't bank your season on it . If you want to test this advice have a buddy with a good bird dog try to track you , they'll find you every time , trust me .

Wind doesn't matter when you have a ranch hand running them under your tree several times until you can get a shot with a blunt ...

Ignore pretty much 95% of the crap you hear on these shows, they are getting paid to tell you to use "whatever" product.

Save you're money and hunt the wind, because they will nail you regardless of what you spray on, wash you're clothes in, or whatever the clothing manufacturer is claiming they're products do.
