The 20 year old that shot this hasn't gone to court yet. There are a lot of stories going around....hearsay on websites is that he tagged it with a doe tag after he shot it and then went and bought a muzzleloader tag but bought the wrong tag....anyway damn nice deer. The state has it for now as the story goes....I am sure that he is innocent as this looks like a Florida deer.

Guys are saying that he was showing it off and didn't even have a tag and than went and bought one but accidentally bought a doe tag than others are saying that they heard that he asked for the right tag but was issued the wrong one.....I'm sure it will all come out in court...I'm just getting heresay and rumors of people that know him and have heard the stories.
