Default my first Cuddeback pics...

All, Just went out and pulled my card out of my Cuddeback today and had two pics! My area is one that is dead in the cold of winter and then pics up when the does drop their fawns. Im sure I will get more pics as the spring opens up. You can also notice my homemade treestand in the background. Its 23 feet to the platform which is 48*50. Also in the one pic you can see the buck is already sportin some bumps on his head. In the actual pic you can see the velvet but when the pics were resized for huntingnet all you can see is bumps.

Looks like you've got your tree stand in the right spot. Have you shot deer from that stand already?

Yes this is my "honey Hole" and the majority of my deer have been shot from that tree, the stand is only about two years old. The camera is on the last tree of the woods on the corner before a field. The deer is heading to a woods that is off to theright about thirty yards away. So its like two corners of two big woods that are almost touching and its a natural draw for them. About half of the trees in the pic in the clear area are oaks so their is plenty of bait in the fall! Thanks for the replys!

Once you go digital you will never go backMy 35 mm days are done. I use a P41LE from www.trailghost.com and couldn't be happier. It's a 4.1 megapixel digital unit.

The digital camerascost more up front, but you recoup the costs in film developing costs alone.

Thanks for sharing the pics Hotburn!
