Check out a video called Buck Fever. It shows seveal of the largest deer I have ever seen a young age and shows serveral consecutive years of antler growth after that.

HNI Visitor....i have the perfect video for u to explain to those guys on your lease about letting deer mature...its called Briarwood Whitetails. u can get it at the local walmart for like 11 dollars. it talks about their ranch and the deer on it in illinois i think. and well it shows deer at like 1 year old then on up to like 6. i shows a bunch of different deer in different years in their life hope that helps ya
