I always wonder why people will lay down a sign. amount of cash on a rifle and then cheap out the bullets. I mean really how much does a box of ammo cost in comparision to what you spend on all the other gear, etc. I agree the cheapest way is by having someone reload, if you have a friend you'll need a die for 7MM if he doesn't have one, brass, primers, bullets and powder. Your probably looking at several boxes of premium ammo, to start off. IMO the best shell for it's money on the shelf is Hornady. They will run you a good 7-10 bucks less than federal premiums and only 3-5 bucks more than plain jane factory ammo by rem., etc.

I say 2 things that you don't want to cheap out on are : optics and bullets. They can often be the margin of difference.
